Personal Training

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, working in commercial gyms and now owning my own private group and personal training gym. My gym, JSBeFIT has helped to establish me as one of the top coaches in the country providing hundreds of body transformations over the last 8 years.

Qualification wise, I am a level 3 personal trainer with a degree in sports science. I have done multiple nutrition and body composition courses including the poloquin biosigniture qualification, looking at nutrition in relation to hormones and individuals’ specifications when it comes to nutrition and exercise.
Myself personally, I classify myself as a hybrid athlete, as I am a triathlete but also but focus heavily on physique building. Combining both body composition and performance is the magic formula that everyone is looking for but not many people know how to achieve…as you see from my gallery, you can achieve both.
There are thousands of coaches out there that can claim “great results”, but few know what it takes to achieve that result. Ensuring health and fitness is a big priority will ensure longevity to your results, not just a flash in the pan 10/12-week plan.

Over the years I’ve worked with every single age range from teens, helping them understand nutrition and exercise to seniors with significant medical conditions. Everyone who has worked with me understands the importance of recovery and longevity when it comes to results.
Im currently working towards my own personal goal of competing from a body building standpoint whilst also looking to complete an Ironman again in the coming years.

Life is always about balance. When you have a goal in mind, that balance can become skewed, but when you’ve got a vastly experienced coach in your corner, you know that every decision you do make will be backed with knowledge and experience, ensuring you not only have your greatest ever result, but also the knowledge and support to maintain it.
THE GOAL

My overall aim as a coach is to show that you don’t need to run yourself into the ground to achieve an amazing result. You don’t need to eat nothing but meat and vegetable to get lean. It’s 100% about balance. Working with clients to ensure plans fit to your day-to-day schedule is essential to achieve your long-term result.

This can be done in several ways but overall focusing on the fundamentals of daily practice.
